Order on Line
When you have chosen your favourite invitations and accessories, just select the product and quantity required, click "Add to Cart" and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have completed adding the items you require to your shopping cart, proceed to Check Out. On-Line payment – is made using PayPal Shopping Cart and a Credit Card or PayPal Account. We will confirm your order by e-mail. All other information - your personal details, wording styles, typeface will be obtained by e-mail also.
Print Order Form
Should you prefer not to order on line, simply download the order form from the Order Form page and print a copy, complete it clearly in black ink and send to us by post. Please include your payment in full by cheque/Postal Order – payable to MKK Productions and send this with your order form by post. You will find our address and fax number printed at the top of the order form.
Ordering options and guidance
Wording - Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, Reply Cards, Thank You Cards, Order of Service and Menus can be printed in your own choice of wording, ink colour and lettering style.
Materials – Due to the individual nature of handmade products some materials including cards and flowers may vary slightly in colour shades or styles. If the variation is noticeable, we will contact you for your approval before going ahead with your order. (Some cards may be improved or discontinued by the paper mills).
Different Languages - Your wedding stationery may be printed in a language other than English. Please note: there will be an additional charge of £15.00 per item. Contact our Sales department to discuss your specific requirements.
Proof – Proofs of your inserts will be sent for your approval by fax, post or e-mail within five working days of receipt of your order and full payment. Please check all details very carefully and make any amendments if necessary, then sign and return by post or fax.
Order Processing - The time taken to process your order will be 7-14 working days from receipt of your approved proof.
Payment - Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on this website at the time you place your order.
Delivery will be made once cleared funds are received.
Payments shall be made by you without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless you have a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Supplier to you.
Envelopes – White envelopes are provided with all Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, Reply Cards and Thank You Cards at no additional cost unless otherwise stated.
Printed envelopes - We recommend that you have your return address printed on the flap of your invitation envelopes. The cost for this is just £12.50 per 100 or less, £1.00 for each additional 10. Reply card envelopes can be printed with the return address on the front at an additional charge of £12.50 per 100 or less; £1.00for each additional 10. Please ensure you include the return address in the space provided on the order form.
Delivery - Is by courier and will require a signature. Despatch outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland will be priced on application (POA).
Please note that all orders, whether personalised or non-personalised are printed and assembled in house for each customer; we do not keep bulk stock of any design!
